In running news- did a 3 day run streak totaling 16 miles with an average between the 3 days of 8:17 pace. My legs are wondering where this running is coming from since I normally don't run 2 days in a row, let alone 3---- so they are rebelling on me and I'm forced to take a day or two rest. More time for words with friends!!!!
