Three Things Thursday

1.
It seems to be giveaway time in the blogoshere, so I figured I would just direct you to the right of my sidebar over there -------------> and check a few of them out!

2. I added a new tab under my header- Whats next. Its basically a list of states I haven't completed or don't have a race yet planned for- therefore I am WELCOMING WITH OPEN ARMS any suggestions for personal faves, ones you've heard are awesome, or maybe one you're running in as well! Thanks in advance.

3. This is going to be me tomorrow- I'm flying back home to run the Air Force 1/2 mary to help pace my brother for his first half. My flight leaves at.. are you ready for this....

5 freakin 30 in the morning! eeek I guess early to rise, early to bed so I can be well rested.

*Fun Fact* when I was 5th and 6th  grade I was OBSESSED with Garfield. For my 11th birthday my parents took me and my friend (who happened to me named Lisa) to the Garfield museum in Muncie, Indiana- weird that they have a Garfield Museum right?!?! Anyway our obsession caught on with others in 6th grade and me and 4 or 5 other girls got a professional photo shoot @ Olan Mills with us and all our Garfield gear... you name it, we probably had it. My goal for this weekend will be to find that photo and share with all of you!

  1. Ok so I have about a gazillion for you to run in Massachusetts! You can come down to Cape Cod and there are many here...Feb., May, October. There is also the Wicked Half Marathon in Salem, MA in September. Also have run the New Bedford Half in March. Seriously there are TONS in Massachusetts! Let me know what you pick I would love to run it!

  3. Hey, love your blog! Totally inspiring me to get going. If you are interested in coming to Arizona you should run the Lost Dutchman half in Feb. http://www.lostdutchmanmarathon.org/
It is supposed to be a good one. Becka from halfmarathonsin50states.blogspot.com recommended it to me as a great race.

  4. I had a garfield obsession too! funny! Hmm..tough states left. I loved the Park City race I just did-Utah next August. Definitely RNR LV for Nevada, and I will be doing Wineglass in upstate NY and will let you know how it is. Those are “tricky” states for me as well. Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
